BUD WILLIAMS
Owner & Operations Executive
Bud Williams is the owner and primary operations executive for our affiliated company, ACS. He formed the company in 1990 and has been responsible for its operation for almost 33 years. Mr. Williams is an NSF Accredited Field Certifier (since 1995) and is also an accredited Cleanroom and Sterile Compounding Facility Professional. He has been accredited by the CETA National Board of Testing since 2017. His years in the industry and cumulative work on hundreds of different air certification and credentialing needs along with his knowledge of clean room design requirements make him one of the foremost experts in his field.
BRENT HEFLIN
Operations Manager
Brent Heflin, M.Sc. is the Operations Manager for BCET and holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management and Planning from the University College Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Heflin is an NSF Accredited Field Certifier. He brings significant experience in strategic pricing and contracting models, including customized capitation models. In his role as Operations Manager, he has undergone extensive field training through our affiliate company, ACS, in order to better support the mission of our combined, affiliated organizations.
N. REED HEFLIN
Principal Partner
N. Reed Heflin, M.S., D.Ph. is the principal partner of BCET. He is an actively licensed pharmacist with over 25 years of experience in hospital, compounding and home infusion clean room operations and design. Dr. Heflin has also served as a workflow and layout consultant for large scale pharmacy designs for the past 11 years. As a practicing pharmacist, he understands the needs and demands of pharmacy clean room operations.
